Use of the service

Competitor Radar is intended for monitoring public web pages that you are permitted to access. Do not use it to access private systems, bypass access controls, or violate third-party rights.

Customer content

You are responsible for the URLs you add and for how your team uses monitored content and change alerts.

Availability

Monitoring depends on public website availability, rate limits, blocking, page structure, and network conditions. We do not guarantee every page change will be detected.

Billing

Paid plans renew according to the selected billing terms. Access to paid limits may stop when a subscription expires, is canceled, or payment fails.

Abuse

We may suspend accounts that submit unsafe URLs, attempt to overload the service, or use monitoring in a harmful way.
